Keep dancing...

Dancing causes the brain to release the mood-lifting neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine. ... Physical activities, from sprinting to ballet, also release endorphins, brain chemicals that promote satisfaction and euphoria.

Keep your spirits high, put some music on and dance ⭐️

**IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS INFO**

MPAS Classes postponed until after Easter

We have all been very much aware of the negative effects the Corona Virus Pandemic is causing across the world. 🦠
The health and safety of our students, families and teachers are of the utmost importance to me.

In light of current government information and having spoken to our hall hirers, I have made the sad and difficult decision to discontinue classes as of today.
I believe that the nature of what we do, means that it is almost impossible to keep the necessary recommended precautions to keep us all safe.

⭐️All is not lost though,we realise that if the schools close, there will be a lot of bored children and frustrated parents, So the teachers and I are busy making arrangements to offer online training in the form of tutorial videos and live conference link dance classes. We will also offer dance related puzzles, quizzes, challenges and colouring in sheets to help keep students occupied during this unprecedented time.⭐️

So keep an eye out for emails and on social media for the details soon...
Love from Miss Michelle xx

⭐️PLEASE READ⭐️

To all of our MPA family, we wanted to reach out regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our community and families.

We would like to reassure you that we are adhering to the government Guidelines as the health and wellbeing of our students, their families, and our staff are our top priority. We will continue to monitor and implement the local and state recommendations as they’re announced.

How you can help:
❇️Don’t bring toys from home.
❇️Don’t send your child to the studio sick or if a family member is sick.
❇️Don’t break any formal quarantine/government restrictions.
❇️Encourage your child to cough and sneeze into their arm not in their hand.
❇️Alert us if your child does have COVID-19 and has been to MPAS within the last 14 days so we can contact their peers.

As COVID-19 continues to be part of our daily conversations, we know that children will be talking about it too. We will do our best to put their minds at rest.

At this time MPAS remains open unless or until directed otherwise.

See you in class 😍
